Your day begins with a convenient pickup from Calgary, Canmore, or Banff. We head straight into the heart of the mountains, passing the iconic fortress of Castle Mountain as we make our way to the world-renowned Lake Louise. Here, you’ll have time to walk the shoreline, admire the Victoria Glacier, and visit the historic Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise.
Next, we visit the breathtaking Moraine Lake (from June to October 12). Nestled in the Valley of the Ten Peaks, its vivid blue water is a sight you have to see to believe. Note: During the winter season, we replace this stop with a visit to Johnston Canyon, where you can explore dramatic frozen waterfalls and limestone cliffs.
Our journey then crosses the Continental Divide into Yoho National Park. You’ll be mesmerized by the deep green hues of Emerald Lake and the raw power of the Natural Bridge, where the Kicking Horse River has carved a path through solid rock.
Customize Your Afternoon: Banff Town or Banff Gondola After exploring the natural wonders, we head to the charming Banff Townsite. Here, you can choose your own adventure:

Option A: Banff Town Exploration. Spend your time exploring Banff Avenue. Shop for unique souvenirs, visit local art galleries, or enjoy a coffee at a mountain café while surrounded by 360-degree peak views.

Option B: Banff Gondola (Optional). For those seeking a bird’s-eye view, take the gondola to the summit of Sulphur Mountain. Walk the sky-high boardwalk and look down upon the entire Bow Valley (tickets not included).
Throughout the 10-hour journey, you’ll have plenty of time for photos, good balance of guided walks and self exploration, and spotting local wildlife like elk, bears, or mountain goats.
